According to a Milwaukee Journal Sentinel columnist, that’s exactly what Dan Kapanke did to avoid building more women’s bathrooms at his baseball stadium. It was a sneaky move that saved him nearly a quarter of a million dollars.
Dan thinks that because he is a part of the league, he gets to change the rules of the game; he can’t. It doesn’t and shouldn’t work that way. Dan needs to be held accountable for this.
