He was born in La Crosse on Oct. 15, 1955, to Raymond B. and Mary M. (Volk) Keller and graduated from La Crosse Central High School. He also had served in the United States Air Force and was a member of the American Legion.

Randy was an involved, wonderful nurturing father to his three beautiful children and was very proud of all their accomplishments. He also taught us what it is to be a loving husband, caring son, incredible brother, cool uncle and best friend. He will be missed beyond words by all. Our loss in this world is Heaven’s gain.

Randy was an accomplished finish carpenter and most recently had the opportunity to have his son, Frankie, work along side him. He was truly a ray of sunshine and will live on in our hearts forever.
